What Are Your Possibilities?
This is one of my favorite motivational/inspirational videos.
Check it out…
The message is simple:
Are you willing to do whatever it takes to achieve what you want out of life?
This is a great question to ask yourself whenever you are considering a new project/endeavor.
Whether it’s weight loss, business, or personal achievemnt, the question is still the same.
Are you willing to do whatever it takes to see this goal to completion?
If the answer is yes, then go for it!
If the answer is no, then don’t even bother because it won’t get done.
Asking that simple question will save you time and energy that you can put into projects that you do care about.
At the beginning of 2009, I set the intention to ask myself that simple question.
And, I’ll tell you what… I’ve never been happier!
Now it’s your turn. Set the intention…
Everything you do, do it with purpose or don’t do it at all.

Are You Achieving Your Goals?
Well, It’s the end of January.
I wanted to check in with you and see how your New Year’s resolutions are coming along.
We all start the year with a bang.
We tell ourselves that this is gonna be the year that we finally _____.
But, by the end of January that spark starts to fade away.
The inspiration and drive that we started the year with seems to have dwindled a bit.
Stop!!!!
Do not let this happen to you!
You need to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. You need to make this the year that your dreams and aspirations come true.
Other people are doing it. Why not you?

Rapid Fat Loss in 8 Minutes!!! (Fullerton)
Yes, You can do a fat melting body sculpting workout in as little as 8 minutes.
No Time. No Space. No Equipment. No Problem! Just Do It….
The following video shows you one of my favorite fat blasting workouts in its entirety.
That was a real Rapid Fat Loss workout. No Fluff. No Fillers.
As you can see, it is easy to do a highly effective full body workout
with limited space and minimal equipment.
Note: It’s not suggested that you do these types of workouts every day.
However, high intensity Rapid fat Loss workouts are great to throw
in the mix when you are stressed for time or need a change of pace.
Caution: Use Proper Form!
You need to use proper form with every repetition when performing high intensity exercise.
Failure to do so will result in injury. Look at the video again. Notice that I use proper form from the first set to the last set… no matter how fatigued I was.
If your form breaks, stop the exercise.

How To Achieve Your Goals
How are yours coming along? Are you on a path towards achieving your goals or have you let your aspirations fade away?
I ask these questions because I am a success coach. I help people achieve their goals and want you to achieve yours.
The trick behind goal achievement is keeping motivated, excited, and fully charged about whatever it is you want to accomplish.
Here is a simple tip that will help keep you motivated on a straight line path towards achieving your goals:
Write your goals down and read them every day!
Doing this one simple action will catapult you towards achieving everything that you desire.
Your 4 step action plan towards achieving everything that you desire:
- Write down the exact goal that you want to accomplish. Be specific. Don’t say I want to lose weight. Say I want to lose 3 inches in my waist and fit into my red sexy dress by June 15! It is very important to be specific.
- Backward plan your goal. Imagine it is June 15 and you have achieved your goal. Imagine all of the steps that got you there. Plan backward from June 15 to the present day. Be clear on everything you need to do.
- Write down how achieving your goal will make you feel. How will it benefit your life? Why is it important to you to achieve this goal?
- Read this goal everyday, first thing in the morning, and dedicate yourself to achieving what you desire.
Taking this plan of action can be the difference between happiness and disappointment; the difference between achieving your goals and letting them slip away.
